Too often, this crucial aspect of facilitating attendee engagement gets overlooked. This is a great example of something that should be discussed and tested during an event run-through. It doesn't matter if they are submitted at registration, during the live presentation in the chat box or developed by an event team and given to the moderator. To make a lasting impression on your audience, you must pay the same attention to details. A host can also review comments and set up polling results.
